Coopers British Bitter

Fermentation

This batach again came out very well. Having moved the initial fermentation barrell to under the boiler (warmest place in the flat!) this has given the fermentation a lot of stability. As a result this makes the process very simple and gives a very consistent pint.

Barrel Pint

The pint was very clear and rich. The lack of sugar in this batch was initially a concern but the added sugar to the secondary fermentation was again very successful and gave a beautifully rounded pint.

Bottled Pint

I've not had one yet

Overall

This was a great batch and a great brew. The overall cost was a little more, but it was worth it as the process was very simple and had great results.
